I've made two of the bags in this book. One came out nicely. The other pattern was completely frakked. So I'm slightly apprehensive about trying another, although most of the bags look pretty cool.

There are some interesting items in here and I have knit a few, but for the most part most of the bags just aren't for me. The instructions, however, are clear and concise so I'm giving it 3 stars for that reason.

Inventive and extraordinary. Vicky didn't go at this in an amiturish way, she really researched out each culture and helped them come alive in the stories and details of each bag. The patterns are easy to understand and a few stretch your knowledge and skills very nicely.

Great designs with clear patterns. I would like to try a couple (one felted, one knit).

I liked many of the patterns, there's a wide variety, it's just that I don't like knit bags.

Love this book. Fun patterns, many I would really like to make for myself and others. Will be looking for a good deal on this book.

I made my maid of honor her gift from this book. There are some wonderful patterns here for a variety of uses.
